Return & Exchange Policy

  • Full-priced HOLLY CALDWELL handbags purchased online may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
  • HOLLY CALDWELL will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged in any way for return or exchange.
  • All sale-priced merchandise and custom orders are final sale.
  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
  • Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at HOLLY CALDWELL wholesale distributors.
  • Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund, and a different return policy may be applicable for all in-store purchases.

To return or exchange a HOLLY CALDWELL product

  1. Email care@hollycaldwell.com to receive an authorization number, return form, and a pre-paid FedEx shipping label
  2. Exchange/ Return must include:
    1. Original sales invoice or receipt
    2. Original contents including HOLLY CALDWELL canvas bag and Certification of Authenticity
    3. Return form with authorization number
  3. Please visit www.fedex.com to view nearest drop-off location.
  4. Once return/ exchange has been received and processed, an email notification will be sent.

Please Note: HOLLY CALDWELL reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above requirements.

HOLLY CALDWELL ensures every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange.


Shipping & Delivery
All HOLLY CALDWELL deliveries require a signature upon arrival and we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time, please allow one to two business days to process the order in addition to the time indicated by your preferred FedEx shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered on business days only, excluding holidays. HOLLY CALDWELL is not responsible for unanticipated delays.


Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for all HOLLY CALDWELL products are determined by the location of the delivery address. Please contact FedEx for further shipping cost inquiries.


Tracking
Once your HOLLY CALDWELL product is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your online purchase.


Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to care@hollycaldwell.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note, once a custom order has been submitted we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations.

Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return & exchange policy.


Product Availability
All HOLLY CALDWELL products available for purchase online are subject to availability. HOLLY CALDWELL reserves the right to limit the quantity of orders, supply only part of an order, and to divide orders. A representative will be in contact with you in the event we are unable to fill your order.

HOLLY CALDWELL reserves the right to alter the terms and duration of special offers and sale promotions.


Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars.

In the case a price error does occur, you will be contacted directly by a HOLLY CALDWELL associate. You will have the option to cancel the order or have the price adjusted accordingly. In the event a representative is unable to contact you directly, your order will be cancelled.

Damaged Merchandise
